Teepees of Serendipity reserves the right to take pictures during the setup and when the Party is complete
and to be able to use them on the web. No children will be in the picture unless Teepees of Serendipity
has a written permission of the parents or guardians.
Teepees of Serendipity reserves the right to update decorations, teepees fabrics, items included in each
Sleepover or Picnic and replace items shown in photos. As well as raising the prices in the web.
The photos are indicators of the topics, but do not guarantee that the reserved club will look exactly like on
the web.
Payment Methods Sleepover:
Teepees of Serendipity accepts forms of payment by bank transfer, account deposit, cash or TWINT.
To book a date, send a copy of payment (or deposit) to infoteepees@gmail.com, writing your name and
date of the event. Cash bookings are also available.
All bank details will be provided when you fill out the online reservation.
Dates will not be reserved without advance deposit.
Payment terms and conditions:
50% to be deposited upfront for a reservation.
Remaining 50% to be paid four days before the reserved date with a security deposit of 150 CHF. Security
deposit is 100% refundable in case of no material damages.
Sleepover Cancellation Policy:
 

Cancellation is allowed free of charge 10 days before the party, 7 days before 50% of the reservation will
be charged. The deposit of 150 CHF will be fully refunded within 5 days after the end of the date of the
event. In case of paid in cash it will be returned at the moment. All material will be reviewed in front of the
tenants.
 

Teepees of Serendipity reserves the right to cancel such reservation if full payment has not been received
by the stipulated date.

​Picnic Cancellation policy: 

• Cancellation is allowed free of charge 10 days before the party.

• Within 6 days before 50% of the reservation will be charged.

• Bad weather policy for outdoor picnics: The moment you purchase your order, you (and we) will monitor the weather to make sure conditions are optimal for the picnic. If this is not the case, we commit to choosing another suitable date for you. In case you change your mind: cancellation due to bad weather is free up to 48 hours prior to the picnic. Within 48 hours before the picnic, money will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation. As an alternative, we allow you to pick another available day for the picnic.

• During the picnic set up, you will be given a cover to protect the material in case of unforeseen weather conditions until the time of pick-up. All material will be reviewed in front of the renter before the deposit is fully refunded

• The deposit of 150 CHF will be fully refunded within 5 days after the date of the event. In case of paid in cash it will be returned at the end of the event  

• Teepees of Serendipity reserves the right to cancel such reservation if full payment has not been received by the stipulated date

How do we clean teepees in Teepees of Serendipity?
All of our teepees will be disinfected in front of the tenants with a steam brush that removes 99.9% of
germs and bacteria. All fabrics and bedding will wash at 60 degrees before each party with a disinfecting
soap for clothes without bleach that eliminates bad odors, germs and bacteria.
Insurance:
Insurance is the responsibility of the tenants during the contracting period. The tenants it's responsible for
the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed
equipment will be charged to the tenants at full replacement value.
Liability to third parties:
Teepees of Serendipity will not be responsible for any claim, accident, personal injury, death, loss,
theft, allergies, choking, infections, personal injury, damage to third parties, damage to property etc…
Teepees of Serendipity is definitive in all matters related to these Terms and conditions.
